2. Reservations and Payments

Retreat reservations must be made through our contact form or by email. Payments must be made using the methods indicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of cancellation, the following rules apply:
Cancellation within 30 days of the retreat date: 50% refund of the price paid.
Cancellation more than 30 days before the retreat date: no refund.

4. Liability

The Shiva Shanti company assumes no liability for damages or injuries resulting from activities carried out during retreats, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
